Legal Question in Employment Law in India

How can I proceed against a Company Secretary who has forced me to record wrong information in the minutes book and shouted at me before my boss for unnecessary reasons related to the same.I have document proofs of the same. And I am not reporting to him officially. Please guide me sir.

Dear Sir / Madam,

Since the Company Secretary is required to sign all the agendas and resolutions recorded in the Minutes Book, he / she remains solely responsible and accountable for the accuracy of the same. You should inform this fact to the Board of Directors of the Company if you are being accused of recording wrong information in the Minutes Book.
