Legal Question in Employment Law in India
There is a provision of 30 days notice period in my company, but I want to serve 10 days notice period and compensate the rest with my annual leave and payment deduction. Is it possible?

Dear Sir / Madam,
The 30 days of notice period in the Company is to enable you to complete and handover all pending projects and jobs that you are in the midst of handling them. If the terms and conditions of your service do provide for buy out of the notice period not served, you can do so. Adjustment of all earned leaves from notice period is legally permissible.
