Legal Question in Employment Law in India
PSU Bank is not extending date of Joining even when they have been shown resignation copy of current employer and the period of extension requested is only 20 days. Pls suggest what options are available ASAP.

Dear Sir / Madam,
It is purely at the discretion of the PSU Bank whether to accede to your request for joining date. If they disagree, and you are serious about joining them, you will have no option but to join on or prior to the given date.
