Legal Question in Employment Law in India
I am a PSU employee and currently posted on a project in Manipur. In month of March I left my posting station on medical ground with permission from my seniors. My corporate office is in Gurgaon and before this station I was working in corporate office from where I was transferred and posted in Manipur for a project. After leaving I reached Delhi and then left for West Bengal after some days without informing my office. From my current location ie Howrah I produced my fitness certificate to my office and informed that I would join my project site. Now my seniors are asking how could I leave my headquarter without permission. Are they right to ask . Did I really need to inform them before leaving Delhi because as far my understanding I had already informed about my leaving from my current station. Pls help me to clarify

Dear Sir / Madam,
You should clarify and explain your viewpoint to the seniors who are seeking an explanation from you for your absence without their permission, and produce a copy of the sanction from the seniors at Manipur. If you were in your hometown in Howrah for treatment, you may specify that in your explanation.
