Legal Question in Employment Law in India
I am in a public sector company on contract for three years. My employment letter says " three months notice to be served after resignation however management can deny if situations so warrant ". I am getting much higher pay & post and so decided to put my resignation. Please let me know what to do if my company decide not to releive me. They are also threatening me to write nasty letters to my future employer if i put resignation & try to leave. I am feeling like am trapped in some Arab country.
