Legal Question in Employment Law in India
Hi, I had put my resignation and it was accepted my the management and the last working day which was decided was 29th November 2013. I was told(not in written) that the final settlement would be credited in my account within 45 days. I wrote multiple emails for the status of the settlement. After that when i called the HR they said that you did not served full notice period so the settlement will not be processed. My pending components are Incentives, Transport Allowance and Last month pay.
What should i do in this case? Is there any Legal ways by which i can claim my dues from the company?
Please Help.
