Legal Question in Employment Law in India
Hi I have a query here. I am eligible for a 3 months notice period. However, my employer has agreed to relieve me in a month's time and give me the salary for the next two months as full and final in advance. The HR head terms it as ex-gratis. This is also appraisal time applicable from the 01st of Sept for all employees. Am I eligible for appraisal since I put in my papers on the 21st of Sept.

Dear Sir / Madam,
An employee who has resigned is normally not entitled for an appraisal.
