Legal Question in Employment Law in India
Sorry, but probably my question is not clear to you .
To day is 28th day of my notice period. As per my joining letter, I have to give one month notice period before leaving the company. Now the management is asking to stay here for 2-3 days more after the 30th day of my notice period. I did not take any leave during this notice period. But they are not interested to leave me. What can I do

Dear Sir / Madam,
The Company Management has no legal right to ask you to stay over and above the 30 days notice period. It is purely at your discretion whether you wish to work with them thereafter or not.
