Legal Question in Employment Law in India
My question is how frequently any company change the notice period duration? Is there any time frame between 2 changes? As my company has changed the duration of notice period in 1 yr and 6 months.

Dear Sir / Madam,
There is no predetermined stipulated time frame or time limit for a Company to change the notice period duration. But the notice period as contained in the employee's Offer Letter / Appointment Letter will prevail.
