My questions are for a person terminated on disciplinary ground:

A terminated employee is eligible for a experience letter from the company he worked for more than a year?

Is that experience letter is beneficial to the that terminated employee?

Can a company can hire a terminated employee again?

Dear Sir / Madam,

The Company remains liable to issue a Service Certificate to the terminated employee which serves as evidence of the employee having worked for that Company. Yes, the Company can hire a terminated employee.
