Legal Question in Employment Law in India
Rajasthan Public Service Commission has taken a 'Programmer Direct Recruitment exam'. There was a line for experience requirement- "2 years programming experience in Govt. Organisation/PSU/Limited/Private Limited company."
I have appeared in the exam and passed it. My document verification is also completed and not objected. But after few days, once again I called for document verification and this time they told me that your experience is not in the above mentioned category and they cancelled my candidature. For your kind information, I was worked as Programmer in a technical college which is approved & affiliated by Govt. & AICTE.
My opinion is that if they are allowing any private limited company (not necessarily an IT company) then why not an big educational institution.
Kindly guide me.

Dear Sir / Madam,
You should lodge a written complaint to the Director of RPSC requesting immediate job placement since you have cleared the selection process.
