Legal Question in Employment Law in India

I have received a false notice under section 80 of CPC, that I have not paid daily wages to some Harizan labourers. I work in an office and I worked all days mentioned in the notice, during which I supposedly got the 11 days construction work of my house done. Actually I had hired a contracter and paid him Rs 27000 through my friend, since I was travelling. He left the work entirely and sent me this notice. my house is still at beginning stage. The work done by contracter is of 3rd class quality. but the problem is that I dont have any contract or signed receipt. though, I have signed receipt of some other labourers, who did work there, later on.

Dear Sir,

The nature of notice U/s. 80 (1) of C.P.C is for serving notice to the Government, or Public Officer, in this case you have to reply it with an answer within 2 months, or otherwise they cannot pull you directly into the Court of Law, Okay ? so better give them their reply, Okay ?
