Legal Question in Employment Law in India
I have received an offer letter from a company in Qatar. Post confirming with the HR, I have resigned from my organization in India in September 2015. However, even after 5 months of resignation the company has not sent me visa & travel tickets for me to join them. I have done my medical tests, got my certificates attested & also had to suffer financial loss as I sold my household goods because I would be travelling.
Till date, the company has not communicated officially about my travel status or any other news.
Could you kindly advise on next steps...

Dear Sir / Madam,
The Human Resources (HR) representative and the Managing Director of the Company remain liable to compensate you for the delay in your appointment and joining post selection. You should give an ultimatum to both intimating the Company to either send you the visa and ticket within the next 15 days or else the compensation amount for the financial loss you have suffered in the bargain.
