Not received my pension, My lawyer adviced m to file a writ pet[on Consented. Even after one year i have not received case number and date of filing of case. what should i do now?

For your information, easily you can also try to get your pension settled through by lodging Public Grievance to the Pension Department, @ New Delhi making Sign Up, & Sign In via online complaint's Grievances settling system, so as your Pension issue's settled within a month over Indian Government WebSite:- "pggrievance.gov.in" as this is also called alternative dispute mechanism for settling any nature of your Grievances coming under confined Union Ministry
