Legal Question in Employment Law in India
I recently resigned from a institution but i got offer from other college so i left without giving notice but my problem is i dint have time to give notice for three months as per the terms. everything happened in just one week. but now i want relieving letter to my new institution but latter institution is asking for three months salary. But i have resignation letter duly signed by hod and principal. can i claim that amount afterwards through court..

Ur query not clear. U have to pay 3 months pay in lieu of notice to the 1st Institution.

Dear Sir / Madam,
It is advisable and recommended that you pay the three months notice period salary to the institution and get your relieving letter. There is no point in wasting your time and money running to the Court.
