Legal Question in Employment Law in India
Hi! I recently resigned from a job after more than 6 years. I gave a notice period of 1 month, which my company accepted and agreed to relieve me. However even after 10 days they have not given me the relieving letter due to which I could not join my next job as this letter was mandatory to be submitted to the new employer.Also till date they have not given my full and final payment.Even after several mails it has fallen into deaf ears. pls advise.
