Legal Question in Employment Law in India
Recently I resigned from a Ltd Pharma company since the company stopped payment of salaries from April 2014.I was holding the post of Asst.Gen.Manager- Accounts and was a leave sanctioning authority to my colleagues. My .My salary dues are pending from April 2014 till Oct 2014.The Company has not deposited PF from April 2014.What is the remedy available to me. Pls advise

Dear Sir / Madam,
You should lodge your grievances to the Managing Director of the Company copied to the Registrar of Companies and the local Labour Commissioner seeking their intervention and redressal of issues.
