Legal Question in Employment Law in India
With regard to the new maternity bill passed in 2016 in India.I work in an MNC. I am planning to take a maternity leave from Feb 2017, but I was informed by my manager that I am eligible for only 3 months, that too on humanitarian grounds.is the 26 weeks maternity leave not applicable to me??can I take a legal action if I do not get a paid 26 weeks leave??is the new bill signed by the President??
