Legal Question in Employment Law in India
Can we register an Affidavit cum Indemnity Bond with the registrars office? We feel by registering the document, there will not be any questioning regarding the veracity and legality of the document by the court in case of any litigation. (Background - one of my friend died interstate during his employment with the Company. In the absence of Succession certificate, Company is asking for the Indemnification letter binding all legal heirs duly registered. The employee is from Kerala)

Dear Sir / Madam,
Yes, you can register the Affidavit cum Indemnity Bond along with a copy of the employee's Death Certificate with the Sub Registrar.
