Legal Question in Employment Law in India
A registered trade union is holding the election as per law and unions constitution . Can a group of ordinary members of the union have the right to hold a seperate and parallel elections . ? Can any criminal or other action taken against these members ?

Yes, it depends on whose side the majority of total ordinary members of the Union are on.
