i am residing at lucknow and worked with mumbai based co. Co didnt paid my 2 month salary and exp. When i left the co they also refused to do my Full and final. Please suggest what to do. Co name is Magna opus hospitality pvt ltd. My nature of employment was Full time. Got appointment letter. Designation was Regional Sales manager. I resigned when i didnt got my 2 month salary and exp that was oct and nov,15. This happened to all employees of the co. MD gave reason that we have not given business so no salary. In appointment letter there is no such clause mention. MD is not picking phone and nor answering mails.

1) To determine whether u r a workman, covered by IDAct/WCAct/S&E Act, the number of employees in ur Co, the salary paid etc required.
2) Hv u handed over complete charge and obtained charge taken over certificate from ur successor or the company. If not do immediately.
3) Send a letter to the company HR Dept, claiming ur unpaid salary and keep the ack with u. Also request to provide u Experience Cert, F&F settlement letter, Relieving letter from the company. Discuss in person if possible and request them to expedite.
