Legal Question in Employment Law in India
If i resign the private job suddenly sue to using abusing words ..harresment of employee. And next day i hav full fill the documents handover formalities and hand over the company assets mobile handsets and taking all handover receiving from concern department. Thereafter company put a allegation on employee that u are not handover tha comapany assets and not handover the files documents .... so please confirm me have any legal case make on employee behalf of the company?? Or company have a right to file a case on employee...

Dear Sir / Madam,
Since you already have documentary evidence of handover of all Company property, you should insist in writing upon the Company paying and settling your full and final settlement dues within 7 days, failing which you should report the matter to the Police. Legal action is neither advisable nor recommended.

1) If u hv acknowledgement from the concerned employee having received all the
belongings, documents, then nothing to worry.
2) Represent to the company in writing to settle ur dues and issue a relieving or
experience letter within a specified reasonable period followed by reminder.
3) If failed to comply, then lodge a criminal complaint and to the concerned Govt
Officials like ALC or WP where u r covered.
