Legal Question in Employment Law in India
i have given my Resignation but my notice period is of 3 months i would like to exit ASAP but my company reporting manager & Admin are not co-operating with this, i even tried to pay back the remaining of my notice period but they simply said we have no such policy, they are also constantly changing Shift timings which i'm not comfortable with even in my notice period, (i believe personal Grudge against me)
is there a legal way to get out of this situation?
please advice

Dear Sir / Madam,
The Company cannot force or compel you to serve the three months notice period especially when you are ready and willing to pay the notice pay for the notice period not served by you in the Company. You should inform the Company of your last working date and ask them to pay up and settle your dues after recovering the notice pay therefrom.
Regards,
you have to inform to md of company or head of company. As per constitution, everybody have equal right to freedom under fundamental right
