i have given resignation and immediate superior has given acceptance of resignation. i have given the notice of 1 month. i have requested to give the releaving letter to company. but immediate boss and Head of business unit is acting smart and want to delay my releaving date & letter can i hand over the property of company like Laoptop and other items to HR? or whom should i hand over the property.

Dear Sir / Madam,
On the last working day of your notice period, you should make a list of all the Company property which you should handover to your boss in the presence of an HR person, and obtain your boss' and HR person's signature on the paper.
