Legal Question in Employment Law in India
I have resigned from company in Nov 2015 by giving three month's notice period which ends by Jan 2016.
And at the same time bonus is due for payment by Dec 31st 2015. In this case, assume company is relieving me earlier before payout day of Dec 31st (mandatory as per policy to get bonus), can they withhold my bonus?
Logically I'm eligible for bonus as my notice period will end post payout date. In case if company denies the same, then what legal options I have to recover it?
