Legal Question in Employment Law in India
I have resigned from an Indian IT company clearly mentioning the 'Requested Release Date' as 1 month from the date of resignation.
Appointment letter of the company asks for 2 month's notice after resignation.HR is not agreeing for buyback.
What steps should I take to avoid / minimize legal issues with company.

Dear Sir / Madam,
If your Appointment Letter provides for buy back option, the Company is legally bound to accept it. Hence, it is advisable and recommended that you serve one month's notice and buy back the other one month notice period and settle the matter..
