Legal Question in Employment Law in India
Hi, I have resigned one private company on march 24th of 2015. As per the relieving letter , i was told Full and Final settlement would happen within 90 days. But still i have not get. I have send lot of mails.They keep on saying the settlement date differently.they keep on posting. How i handle this ? Which labor law will help for employees?

Dear Sir / Madam,
You should inform the Company to pay up and settle your full and final dues within three days failing which you should straightaway lodge a Police complaint against the Company for cheating.
