Legal Question in Employment Law in India
Hi, I have resigned one private company on march 24th of 2015. As per the relieving letter , i was told Full and Final settlement would happen within 90 days. But still i have not get. I have send lot of mails.They keep on saying the settlement date differently.they keep on posting. How i handle this ? Which labor law will help for employees?
Under which section i can give compliant on employers for delaying Full and final settlement ?

Dear Sir / Madam,
You will have to lodge a Police complaint against the Company under Section 420 - "Cheating" of the Indian Penal Code.
