i want to know if any advocate enrolled with bar council work as a trainee in part time basis,

duration is 6 hrs and less.

can he do that ?

Dear Sir / Madam,

Yes, an Advocate enrolled with the Bar Council of India is entitled to work part / full time.

1) Yes in a law firm.

2) No in outside gainful employment.
