Legal Question in Employment Law in India

Respected Seniors,

Pls Help for the below issue.

My Company (C) has taken work order from B and B has taken work order from A (Principle Employer), Now we (C) have given the Work order to D for construction work. My question are-

1) Please confirm whether D can take form-v from A?

2) If we take the form-v from A, then D can file their PF & ESI for their worker ?

Kindly advice.

Dear A Pandey,

Yes, Company D can take Form V from the Principal Employer Company A and Company D can file their PF & ESI returns for their workers.
