Legal Question in Employment Law in India

Respected Seniors,

Pls Help for the below issue.

My Company (C) has taken work order from B and B has taken work order from A (Principle Employer), Now we (C) have given the Work order to D for construction work.

But A is not issuing form v to D, A is asking where is Mentioned/written in labour law that A can issue the form v to D, show and take the clause. is telling C can take form v from A.

Kindly advice.

Dear A Pandey,

You comply with the legal requirements regarding PF & ESI and simply overlook A's refusal asking for clarification and justification to issue Form V to Company D.
