Legal Question in Employment Law in India
Respected sir,
As per your answer if i write NO that i haven't arrested or prosecuted or kept under detention but when verification will come to that police station about me and if they will state that YES he has been arrested and prosecuted and even detention was made against him then it will show that i have suppressed the thing and they may disqualify me against it or is it so that when a case is dismissed police will give a clean cheat to that person even if he has been arrested or so on please help actually it is making me confused please clear it.

Dear Sir / Madam,
First and foremost, "There is no reward without risk."
Since your case has been dismissed by the Court, how can the Police has to give a clean chit to the person.
