Respected sir I am Arnab Das I want to know about one matter. In 2012 a police constable recruitment there was 2500 vacancy. In the application form there was mention 10% reserve for home guard. after PMT and PET, I & like me about 5000 pass in written but fail in interview and do not get possition in final list. and only more about 40 home guard pass in written exam. but they want 250 (10%)recruit for them but state goverment do not agree with them. they go to court and after 2 year court ordered to recruit 250 gomeguard.Sir I have a question, the persion who do not qualify in written if they get job, is there any point we passed in written why we could not get job. Should we go to court?
