Legal Question in Employment Law in India
Respected sir,
i have qualified for a government job and it is fci but i have problem in December 2012 a F.I.R was filled against mean for the offences under sections-341,294,323,506 of the I.P.C 1860 but in the due time we have decided to compromise and so was happen also on i have a judgment copy that i haven't found guilty against the above said offences and i have been set at liberty forthwith and be discharged from their bail bonds and at last it is written that "Enter the case as of MISTAKE OF FACT" but now i have received a declaration form in which it has been stated that to fill whether u have been arrested or prosecuted or under detention by court and if i reply yes , their will be any problem for me because there is an instruction that not to suppress any matter . sir now my problem is after this a verification will be send to the respective police station were this case was filled and i don't want to suppress any matter so whether i will face any problem for my job please suggest me what to do .

Dear Sir / Madam,
Since the cases filed on you have been dismissed, you will write "No" in the column wherein you have to mention whether you have been prosecuted or faced detention warrant from the Court in the Food Corporation of India government job that you have applied for. I do not foresee any problems for you on the job.
