Respected Sir, my Question is. i Am working As A Computer Faculty from 3-4 2006 that time my Salary was Rs. 4500 And CPF 12% on Contract basis. in 1-7-2011 my Service has Regularized By Punjab Govt. But They have not given me past service benefit. As Per Law can I take Past service Benefit.

Check the service rules and regulation as newly regularized. If it has a retrspective effect, you will get the past benefits.
