Respected Sir;
I Had Given A Interview On 21st April & Selected.They Give Me Offer Letter By Mail In That They Mention My Date Of Joining Is 6 May,2015 But On 6th May They Rang Me Up And Said That It Wil Take More Time For Verification , So My Date Of Joining Was Extended To 20 May,2015, And They Mentioned That They Are Not Going To Pay Me 14 Days Salary & Their Was No Mistake From My Side
Kindly Help Me

Dear Sir / Madam,
Your salary entitlement commences from the date of your actually joining the Company. You should overlook the fact that the Company does not pay you for 14 days since you would not have worked those days in the Company.
