Legal Question in Employment Law in India
Respected Sir/Madam,
I had been working in an charity organization till 30th September 2016. I tendered my resignation on 3rd September 2016. I haven't received my appointment letter during my service even after repeated requests. Since my leaving the said organisation, they haven't released my salary & 11 months bonus which I think I rightfully deserve.
I request to guide me in this matter and suggest for further action initiable.

Dear Sir / Madam,
You should request the organization to pay and settle your full and final dues within 7 days failing which you may report the matter to the Charities Commissioner for intervention and redressal.
