My question was-

My Company (C) has taken work order from B and B has taken work order from A (Principle Employer), Now we (C) have given the Work order to D for construction work. My question are-

1) Please confirm whether D can take form-v from A?

2) If we take the form-v from A, then D can file their PF & ESI for their worker ?

Your answer was-

Yes, Company D can take Form V from the Principal Employer Company A and Company D can file their PF & ESI returns for their workers.

I need little more help from you.

PLEASE TELL ME THE SECTION OF LAWS UNDER WHICH THIS RULES COMES. THEN I COULD ABLE TO TALK WITH OUR PRINCIPLE EMP. (i.e A)
