Legal Question in Employment Law in India
Respected Sir,
With due respect, I have left my job in July, 2016 and I joined another company which is working in a medical pharma. The previous company which i have left in this year who is not providing me a provident fund which they deducted from my salary in every month. They promised me that when I will leave the company they will pay me a whole amount but they are not paying it. They told me that I will join their company otherwise they will not be paying me a amount which I have already invested as provident fund. And the whole terms and conditions which imposed by the company I have already full filled and my target is always 100℅. So step should I take kindly plzz urgently reply on this issue.

Dear Sir / Madam,
You may lodge a complaint with the local Provident Fund Commissioner if the Company refuses to pay and settle your PF dues.
