Legal Question in Employment Law in India
I retired from pb. govt. service on 28/2/15 at that time a vigilance enquiry was pending against me which was concluded by bvigilance after my retirement aND SENT ITS REPORT TO MY DEPTT.found guilty of negligence. now deptt. is going to take action against me.pl. explain what action can govt take against me as I am retired now. can a cut in the pension is possible

Dear Sir / Madam.
Yes, a cut or reduction in your monthly pension is possible. Departmental action will depend and be based upon the outcome of the departmental inquiry report and their findings. If any amount(s) have to be recovered from you, they will be recovered from your monthly pension.
