Legal Question in Employment Law in Pakistan
Salam Sir,
i signed a 2 year service bond or 5 lac rupee under no condition i mean they did not provided me salary more then market or given me any facility or training etc it was just that i was on need. Secondly in offer letter i was on probation period i was not a permanent employee i resigned that company.
things i need to ask
1) can they launch FIR against me ?
2) i m liable to pay bond amount although i was not permanent employee.?
3) Contract was no 100 rupee paper and there were no post stamps and witnesses still they can challenge it in court ?

your reply as per your question:
No they cant lodge FIR, but can file civil suit of recovery.
Its depend on the company policy and after seeing the contract, I will be able to guide you.
