Legal Question in Employment Law in India
if salary is target based can company deduct total salary of his employees, since he is coming to office everyday and still he is not paid because of his target not met.
since we have field job no accidental insurance nor any benefits (PF, medical or esic) is given to us.
Kindly help us out to solve our problems.

Dear Sir / Madam,
Every Company has a fixed salary and a target based incentive. It is highly unlikely that the entire salary is target based and the Company cannot deny salary to any employee, simply because his target is not achieved. If the Company has ten or more employees PF & ESIC is compulsory.
