Legal Question in Employment Law in Oman

i have this satiation at work where a three managers hid my laptop for me to think that it was stolen. and their was a CHQ in my laptop bag and i was worried for a whole week.
after that they gave me the laptop.
just to prove the point that i should not leave my laptop alone and i should carry my laptop over where ever i go
what we can do against that
