Legal Question in Employment Law in United Kingdom

I�m a security officer and I am employed at site a for 2 years on a 20 hour a week contract but for the last year been working it full time then 8 months ago my boss employed some to work full time at site b but now that site b has gone my boss said that my job needs a full time contract can my boss push me out my job and give it to some else that has a full time contract without offering it to me as iv been doing it for 2 years

No, your boss has to recommend an alternate site for you so as to restrain your entrenchment from the contract.
