Legal Question in Employment Law in

I was selected in an interview , but i did not joined it since the payscale was as low as 6000 per month.

Later the HR personal called me and informend that the pay scale has been increase to 10000.

On my joining, initially i was told that after 6 months hike would be given and salary will become 18000.

But now my manager is refusing and giving the reason that since it was changed from 6000 to 10000, they changed the policy. My point is no one informed me of this change of policy even i asked several times HR people about the policy when i joined the company. Now the company people have refused to give me the hike. Also they asked me to sign a bond of 2 years , which i did, i dont know what to do in this situation , please help!

Was there any written communication between you and your HR regarding the salary hike ?

If yes then you have grounds to challange their recruitment and the bond you signed.
