Legal Question in Employment Law in India

Hello, I have been selected in sbi as a junior associate. Now at the time of documents verification, they told me that my CIBIL score is not satisfactory and they asked for my 6 months credit card statements. My CIBIL score is not that poor. Its 717 which comes under good category. Also I have 100 percent on time payment record even in CIBIL report. I want to know how can they ask for my statements which contain my personal information. Is there any law that prohibit them from seeing my credit card statements. They already have my CIBIL report. Why are they not judging me from my CIBIL report. Please advise why I should share my credit card statements which have a lot of personal information like where do I spend money and what items do I purchase.
