Legal Question in Employment Law in India
If I was self-employed running a variety shop, quit the business and became unemployed resulting in financial problems, do I fall in Below Poverty Line category?
If so, how do I obtain BPL card?

Dear Sir / Madam,
You will be deemed to have fallen below the poverty line iff you are above the age of 60 (sixty) and you will then be eligible to obtain a Below Poverty Line (BPL) card.
