Legal Question in Employment Law in India

I have served a full notice period of 30 days with a reputed BPO in Gurgaon .. inspite that.. they are not clearing the fnf amount in full.. company's hr says that employees are only entitled for basic salary minus hra and other components during notice period , last october company also promised all the employees joining the company before aug 2014 would be entitled for 1 month bonus.. now company is also denying that bonus as well.. please help

Dear Sir / Madam,

You are entitled to full normal salary during the notice period. If the Company does not settle your full and final dues within the next three days, straightaway go and lodge a Police complaint against the Company for cheating (Section 420 of the Indian Penal Code). If the bonus has been declared prior to the date of your resignation, you remain entitled to the one month's salary as bonus too.
