Legal Question in Employment Law in India
i have served notice period, in an immidiate effect and asked my manager, HRBP team to release me from my current Organisation within 15days....the concern is am alligned under Operation and doing/handling recruitment also...so i have two managers of my alligned manager(ashutosh) and virtual manager(suvrat). suvrat is not releasing me or givin a clearance, for which i can be released within my needful time, and even i got clearance by Suvrat's manager but still suvrat has not given any clearance to release me from recruitment...thus HRBP also can't help me on this though they want me to help for...what step sud i take ahead???what shall i do ??? according to policy employee has to serve 30 days notice period....

Dear Sir / Madam,
If both Ashutosh and Suvrat's reporting Manager have signed your 15 days notice period waiver and release letter, it is sufficient approval for the Management to relieve you and settle your dues. It is possible that Suvrat is doing it out of personal grudge and vendetta. If your terms of appointment so provide, and you already have a better opportunity on hand, simply pay-off the 15 days un-served notice period salary to the Company.
