Legal Question in Employment Law in India
I have served the notice period but not being given the relieving letter. I have handed over all documents related to project I was involved. I am being forced to sign the documents for period I was not present at job location.
What I should write to HR.I have mailed to HRl
kindly suggest.

Dear Sir / Madam,
An employer is legally bound to issue you an Employment Certificate. You should ask the HR Department to issue you the Employment Certificate as it is an important documentary evidence to show continuity in your career track record.
